What we collect
When you use the enquiry form or message us on WhatsApp we collect your name, phone number, email address, emirate, and whatever you tell us about your project. If we visit your home we also take measurements and photographs of the room.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, prepare a design and quote, and deliver the project if you go ahead. We do not use your details for anything else.
Who we share it with
Nobody outside the people working on your project. We do not sell, rent or trade contact details. Where a supplier needs a delivery address, that is all they receive.
Project photographs
We only publish photos of a finished project with your written permission, and we never include an address or unit number.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for the length of the 5-year warranty plus any period required by UAE law.
Your choices
Ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. Email info@villaideas.com and we will action it within 30 days.
