Our story
Why we only do the rooms we do
Villa Ideas started in Dubai in 2016, doing what most fit-out companies do — a bit of everything. The kitchens and wardrobes were consistently the projects that came out best, and consistently the ones clients called us back for.
So we narrowed. Today we design and build kitchens, wardrobes and the bedroom joinery that goes with them, and nothing else. Every carpenter on our floor has cut the same joints hundreds of times. That repetition is why our fit tolerances are tight and our timelines are honest.
No cookie-cutter templates and no catalogue you pick a page from. Every project starts with a tape measure in your home and a conversation about what currently annoys you.

Measure twice, quote once
Every number in your quote comes from a laser measurement taken in your home, not from a floor plan or a photo.
The people who quote are the people who build
Your designer walks the site on install week. Nothing gets lost between the drawing and the drill.
Say the difficult thing early
If your budget doesn't reach the design, or a wall can't move, you hear it at the first visit — not in week three.
Finish the last 5%
Snag lists get closed before we invoice the balance. The small stuff is what you look at every day.

Design that works
We don't just make it pretty. We ask where you chop onions, which hand opens the fridge, how many long dresses you own. Function decides the layout; finishes come after.
One in-house team
Designers, carpenters and installers all on our payroll. No subcontractor who stops answering the phone halfway through your project.
Real dates, not guesses
Kitchens and wardrobes in 3–4 weeks, glass shutters in 2–3. You get a dated schedule at sign-off and a weekly update from your project manager.
Dust and mess control
You still live here. We seal off the work zone with zip walls, run HEPA vacuums, and clean up at the end of every single day.
One fixed quote
Itemised, fixed, and signed before demolition starts. No mid-project "we found something" invoice. If we missed it, we absorb it.
5-year warranty
Five years on craftsmanship for cabinets and installation, plus the full manufacturer warranty on Blum and Hettich hardware.
